If you have purchased a 925 silver jewel, you can simply clean it with a damp cloth, without the use of alcohol or acid substances that could damage the rhodium galvanic coating, thus diminishing the brilliance.

In case you want to wash your jewel deeper, you can immerse it in hot water with a little neutral soap and leave it to soak.  for a few minutes and then rinse and dry it with a soft, dry cloth.

In case your jewelry is decorated with fired enamels, do not have any worries and treat it as indicated above. The fired enamels have an extraordinary resistance and will not undergo any variation in color or thickness.

Our Gold jewels can be washed in hot water with a mild soap solution and gently dried with a soft cloth. Should they show streaks due to normal use, we will be happy to provide you with an additional service for professional polishing.
