RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

The customer who has purchased products through the VenicEmotion.it website has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the goods as per current legislation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must strictly:

1- Send the withdrawal request by e-mail to info@venicemotion.it within the term of fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

2- Provide autonomously, using a courier / forwarder of your choice and at your own expense, within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the goods, for the shipment of the purchased product / s, suitably packaged in the original packaging , accompanied by any accessories. The returned products must be unused, never worn and free of any sign of tampering and / or wear which would cause the unavoidable return procedure.

3- Send the goods to be returned to the following address:

The return of the product (s) is your responsibility until it reaches the destination indicated above.

For your safety, we recommend that you send the goods with a delivery service that ensures the value of the goods and is traceable.

Only after receipt of the product (s) and only after having positively verified compliance with the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal as well as the integrity of the products, VenicEmotion will proceed, as soon as possible, and, in any case, within fourteen days from the date on which VenicEmotion has confirmed to the customer the exercise of the right of withdrawal, upon reimbursement of the sums paid by the customer, less shipping costs. The refund amount will be communicated via e-mail and credited upon agreement with the customer on the payment methods chosen when ordering.
