What are the VenicEmotion shipping costs?

All our customers who sign and receive an order WITHIN the ITALIAN national territory have  FREE SHIPPING.

Our customers who reside in Europe and want to receive their order in the SHENGEN AREA have a fixed cost of Euro 14.90 with orders of less than 799.00. With orders over € 799.00, shipping is always free.

Our customers who reside outside Europe and outside the SHENGEN area have a fixed cost of Euro 24.90.

What are the VenicEmotion shipping options?

VenicEmotion uses selected couriers for Italian, European and extra European shipments. The shipping options are exclusively shipping by express courier. For details and timing, we will always refer to the destination area and the tracking of the courier in charge of the shipment.

How can I track my VenicEmotion shipment?

We are committed to processing your orders as soon as possible. Immediately after the delivery of your order to the selected courier, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the shipment and the TRACKING code for the control of your order. you will be informed about the progress of the transport and the precise date of the delivery day.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security and protection reasons, the person in charge will ask for a signature from an adult at the time of delivery. In the event that this is not present, we ask you to contact us or contact the selected courier to avoid delays or the return to the sender of your order.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

If you wish to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will modify the delivery details. In the event that the order has already been shipped and the waybill has already been filled in and given to the courier, it is not possible to change the destination address of your order.

I can ship the  my order to a PO box?

Our shipping policy does not provide for shipments to post office boxes that cannot certify the receipt of orders by electronic or handwriting signature.
